1.     Adjectives generally take their positions before the words,

2.    Adjecthes do not undergo any change with regard to genders

number or person when it proceeds the noun,



modo : loku          = big man



modo : lokune ; n = big men



modo : bira : w     = big hill

modo : kimbo : y = big wife (elder wife)

3*    The adjective can also be placed next  to the noun.   la such

cases the adjective takes the plural aad pronominal suffix.



tu loku modo              = That man (is) big

tu lokune : n modo ; ne : = Those men (ire) big

tu sulo tiye : r                 = That tree (is) tall



tu sulo : Be : tiyi: me : n = Those trees (are) big



ni : yy modo : niy            =1 (am) elder



: w mo : do : no : w    = you (are) elder (sing)
